How to access the Cathay Suite at The London Palladium
At The London Palladium, step away from the hustle and bustle before the show and start your theatre experience in the Cathay Suite. To access the Cathay Suite, ensure you’re registered as a Cathay member, book your next theatre experience at The London Palladium and reserve your place at the Cathay Suite on your LW Theatres ‘Manage my Booking’ page.
Terms and Conditions
- The Cathay Suite can only be accessed by Cathay Members who have purchased tickets for an event at The London Palladium Theatre through LW Theatres.
- Cathay Members must reserve their lounge space at least 1 week in advance via LW Theatres in order to access the Cathay Suite.
- Admittance to the Cathay Suite is subject to availability and places are booked on a first come, first served basis.
- Cathay Members must present their Cathay Member ID number (physical or digital) and event booking confirmation from LW Theatres before entering the Cathay Suite.
- The Cathay Suite can only be accessed by those who have made a reservation for the Cathay Suite. Each member of the group must be a Cathay member to access the lounge. Children under 18 can attend with a Cathay Member who is over 18 but must be registered as part of the lounge reservation process.
- The Cathay Suite can only be used on the date and time stated in the reservation.
- Cathay Members in Green, Silver, Gold and Diamond tier are eligible to redeem this offer of access to the Cathay Suite.
- This offer is exclusive to Cathay Members only. oneworld members are required to be registered as Cathay Members in order to redeem this offer.
- The Cathay Suite will be open 1 hour before the event starts. Please note duration of access may vary by event but will confirmed in pre-show information. The Cathay Suite will not be accessible after the event concludes.
- All guests visiting the Cathay Suite are expected to comply with the rules set out in LW Theatres’ Admissions Policy, Ticket Terms and Conditions https://lwtheatres.co.uk/terms-conditions/ and any instructions of LW Theatres’ staff. The management reserves the right to deny entry or remove anyone who in their opinion fails to comply with LW Theatres’ rules or instructions referred to in paragraph 9 above.
- The Cathay Suite offers a ‘Red Coats’ concierge service. Although the Cathay Suite provides an exclusive space for Cathay Members to order drinks and snacks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), drinks and snacks must be paid for by all guests upon ordering and are not provided free of charge.
- Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times in the Cathay Suite.
- These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time during the partnership period.
- In the event of any failure to comply with LW Theatres’ Admissions Policy or Terms and Conditions or any failure to comply with our staff instructions, we have the right to eject customers and the decision of the Theatre Manager will be final.
- This suite experience has a significant amount of stairs and is therefore not suitable to anyone who is not ambulant
